Our team is led by Catering Director and Chef Mrs. Mariama Faal Lawal.

Mrs. Lawal has been providing catering services for many years on a part time basis while raising and nurturing her children. Mrs. Lawal has now taken to providing catering services full time and as a result opened her establishment on or about the Serekunda market location. In this location, you are welcome to the many offerings on the menu including the daily baked pies that are receiving wild acclaims from patrons. New items are introduced on the menu weekly, including Africa's widely acclaimed KAMPALA ROLEX (KUNDA ROLEX).  This staple of customers at the massive Kampala market in Uganda is featured on the American TV Series, Amazing Race. This is a staple consisting of eggs rolled on flat round dough cooked on an open grill. Mrs. Mariama Faal Lawal is renowned for her exceptional culinary skills and commitment to the highest standards.

 

 

 


 

Ade Toks, Head steward.

Ade manages the Research, Development and Introduction of our locally manufactured non alcoholic beverage program at Heritage Pies and Pastries. He also develops and oversees the beverage education program for the restaurant’s dining room team. He joined Heritage Pies and Pastries in 2019, bringing years of intense observation in some of the city's dining establishments.
